Authentic Luxurious Costa Rica Living
Florida-based Costa Rica Land Capital Partners has joined with the elite designers and craftsmen of The Springs Resort and Spa, named one of the top eco-tourist destinations in the world, to craft the eco-driven Arenal Hills community, Club Vida, and the single-family villa homes.
From the precise location each home occupies in this carefully crafted landscape, to which amenities offer the greatest enjoyment, to how natural features are not only enhanced, but showcased, Arenal Hills is sensitive to the environment, the needs of its residents, and its on-going sustainability.
Homes are designed with a relatively small footprint for a structure of the quality found at Arenal Hills. Sustainable building components like marble countertops and washbasins, as well as extensive use of native hardwood, eliminate the need to import exotic materials from aboard.
Every home is sited to frame a view of the Arenal Volcano. Power lines and pathways for sewer and other services are buried, offering residents an unobstructed look at the dominating feature in their Arenal landscape.
Featuring some of the most sought-after community amenities from the finest resorts around the world—private resort clubhouses, lakeside restaurant, an equestrian center, and more, the Community plan keeps the environment top of mind always. For example, narrow pathways made of natural materials rather than asphalt two-lane roads are made possible by communitywide golf cart usage, with personal vehicles sheltered at the front gate for excursions off-property.
The owners of Arenal Hills have a long, successful history in the U.S. finance industry, and have partnered with highly respected Costa Rican accounting, legal, and development firms to bring the community to life.
Costa Rica Land Capital Partners has gone through the extensive plan submission, review and approval phases to begin developing. With Phase 1 now underway developing 149 homes on 500,000 m2, or approximately 200 acres, Arenal Hills will be built in four phases, with amenities coming online as early as 2019. Build out of all four phases is anticipated by 2025.
